Conference Call - Dec 7th

Back by popular demand!

John Halligan and I will be moderating another Conference Call on December 7th at 9:00 PM Eastern time (8: PM Central, 7: PM MST, 6: PM PST) on the topic - How to get an Anti Bullying Law passed in your State (and how to work with school districts who are not obeying their state laws). This call will be a Question & Answer session and will be an hour long. The last call was well attended. The only downside was that many people had questions but we ran out of time.

This call is open to ANY interested parent, activist, teacher or concerned individual who is not afraid to be heard in their community.

Besides learning some techniques about the “politics to stopping bullies”, we will have a chance to meet others around the USA who are trying to make a difference in their schools and State.

I will need an RSVP from anyone who plans to be on the call. We will fill the call at 75 participants. To avoid confusion on the call, please submit questions before the call so we can be prepared with the best answers to help you succeed in getting an anti bullying law and/or communicating with your lawmakers. The cost to you will be your normal long-distance rate, plus the investment of one hour of your time.

If you wish to join us, please press Reply and type in I will attend in the subject area – then send. There is no need to reply if you cannot attend the conference call.

Now that the elections are over, lawmakers are starting to put laws/bills together for submission to their education committees. Time is of the essence--It’s time to start bugging our lawmakers to move forward for the protection of bullied and abused kids.

I will send the conference call phone number and instructions this weekend and a reminder email on Monday to those who reply in the affirmative.

Hope to hear from you soon.
